We will send you a RETURN FORM to file and returned to us.

Please don't forget to write your order number and all of your details.

(your personal details and your address).

EXCHANGES

All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.

REFUNDS

Simply return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery day to receive a FULL REFUND to your account. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. In the event of an undeliverable or refused packages, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the return including a 10% restocking fee. Returns after the 30th will not be accepted and returned back at the customer's expense.

The refund will be issued within 7 business days after we receive your return. 

All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they are in brand new condition.
